

Chicken Burger (Home Made)
To make these burgers add 1kg Chicken Breasts to a mincer (Otherwise minced Chicken can be used)
Mix chicken mince with the spices, bread crumbs, tomatoes, and eggs and mix together. Shape chicken into patties, (achieving the thickness you require). Set aside in the refrigerator to set.
Once the Chicken patties are set, place a pan with oil onto the stove at medium heat for shallow frying) Place patties into the pan to fry until cooked through. To make sure that it is well cooked make a small incision on the top of the patty.
You can use ready-made coleslaw or you can make your own but adding grated cabbage, carrots, salt, pepper and, mayonnaise
When all your patties are cooked, layer the burger with coleslaw, chicken patty, cheese slice, lettuce, some more coleslaw and then top off with 2 slices avocado.
This recipe can be altered to make medium-sized patties that will feed more people, or thick patties to impress them, either way, this recipe is juicy and delicious, paired with the accompaniments on the burger, the combination is unbeatable. Serve with fries and enjoy!
