
Crispy crust and soft, fluffy centre! This no yeast bread is simply delicious! And so simple to make! You can spruce this bread up by adding cheese, onions, bacon and any ingredient your heart desires!

Preheat oven to 375°F
Add dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Whisk together.
Pour 340ml beer in, using a fork to start incorporating the flour into the beer until it forms a ragged dough.
Once the ragged dough is formed, use your hands and bring it together to form a loose ball, knead the dough 10 to 12 times.
Form into loaf & place in a greased loaf pan.
Let rest for approximately 15 minutes.
Place in oven on top rack for approximately 45 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Brush top of the loaf with butter.
Let cool for 10 to 15 min & turn out onto cooling rack. (Or eat it hot with butter and jam)
