 500 g Vegetable Stir Fry Mix
 500 g Dried Egg Noodles
 2 tsp Salt
 ¼ cup Thick Soy Sauce
 2 tsp Fish Sauce
 2 tsp Mirin
 125 ml Vegetable Stir Fry Marinade
 600 g Tenderized Steak (Cubed)

Place noodles in a pot of boiling water. Add salt and allow to boil until Noodles are cooked but firm. Remove from heat and allow to strain in a strainer.

Heat oil in a Wok or pan add vegetables, soy sauce, fish sauce, mirin, stir fry marinade and flash fry. Remove from heat and set aside.

Add cubed tenderized steak to the same pan with a little oil and salt and fry until soft and cooked. Add the vegetables and noodles to the pan and fry for approximately 5 minutes. Add more soy sauce and salt if necessary.

Serve and ENJOY!
