Chop onions and Jalapenos
Fry onions until soft
Add Jalapenos and fry some more
Add 2 tbps sour cream and mix. Season with salt and pepper
Grill Halloumi and Ham
Cut Avo into slithers

Start stacking
Place Halloumi and top with Ham, Avo & Onion & Jalapeno mixture!
