Ingredients: 1 Red Pepper; 1 Yellow Pepper; 200 g Diced Bacon; 200 g Mushrooms, Diced; 600 g Diced Chicken Breasts; 300 g Mozzarella Cheese; 300 g Cheddar Cheese; 100 g Salami; 1 Roll Puff Pastry; 50 ml Tomato Paste; 50 ml Barbecue Sauce

1 Red Pepper

1 Yellow Pepper

200 g Diced Bacon

200 g Mushrooms, Diced

600 g Diced Chicken Breasts

300 g Mozzarella Cheese

300 g Cheddar Cheese

100 g Salami

1 Roll Puff Pastry

50 ml Tomato Paste

50 ml Barbecue Sauce

Preheat oven at 160 degrees
Roll the pastry out and place in a 20cm ovenproof dish
Spread the tomato paste onto the pastry
Layer half of the mozzarella cheese
Layer Bacon, Chicken and Peppers
Drizzle barbecue sauce over all the ingredients
Top with Cheddar and Mozarella cheese
Place in oven to cook from the top and bottom for +- 35 Minutes or until golden brown

Voila, cut and Enjoy! Serve with a side salad
