 Steak Cubes
 Peppers (Green, Red or Yellow)
 Mini Corn
 Pineapple
 Plum Basting

Steak and Vegetable Skewers with no sticks! Easy to eat and deliciously enjoyable. Serve as a side dish or as a snack! Healthy and Delicious

Cut Pineapple, Peppers, and steak into cubes.
Make a hole big enough in all the ingredients (besides the mini corn) to fit over the mini corn.
Place Steak over corn followed by Pineapple and the Peppers and finish off with another cube of Steak.
Baste the skewer and place on a hot grill, to grill

These no stick skewers are best-prepared over an open flame for the smokey taste and caramelization of the basting. It can be cooked on a grill or gas as well.

You can alter the recipe and use any basting of your choice. The sweetness of the plum and saltiness of the soy sauce is an excellent combination and i would suggest you use a similar tasting baste. To avoid unnecessary sugar you can also use a barbeque basting.

Serve as a side dish and enjoy! No sticks, no fuss.
