
This healthy, low carb meal is perfect for the whole family!

Pre-Heat oven at 180 degrees
Cut the stem top off.
Remove the seeds from the butternut
Pre-cook butternut until medium (Not completely soft)
Put a little bit of oil in a pan, add mince and fry until brown
Add a little bit of sugar, tomato paste, red wine, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Cook until done and remove from heat.
Add grated cheese and mix through
Stuff mince into butternut, add a teaspoon of butter and wrap in foil
Place in an ovenproof dish and bake for +- 30 minutes
Serve with a side salad and ENJOY!
