The BEST Spinach, Feta and Mushroom Quiche

Delicious and fluffy with a crunchy pie crust! This quiche is perfect as a meal or as an accompaniment.

 4 Eggs
 250 ml Fresh Cream
 150 g Spinach
 2 Rounds of Feta Cheese (Crumbled)
 250 g Mushrooms
 1 tbsp Garlic
 Salt and Pepper to taste
 1 Roll Ready Made Puff Pastry

Beat the eggs and cream until combined.
Add Spinach, Feta and Cheddar Cheese and mix thoroughly
Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Spray pan or ovenproof dish with Spray and Cook, Add pastry to the dish, pour the prepared filling in and bake for about 30 minutes or until set.

Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes

Enjoy as a meal or as a side dish!
