Traditional South African Boerewors Breakfast

 200 g Diced Bacon
 500 g Hash Browns
 250 g Mushrooms
 150 g Cheddar Cheese
 400 g Puff Pastry
 500 g Boerewors / Substitute with Sausage
 8 Eggs
 1 tbsp Garlic
 50 g Butter

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Add a pinch of flour to your surface and roll out Puff Pastry until it is large enough to hang over your oven pan.

Spray your pan with Spray and Cook to ensure that the pie does not stick to the pan.

Add your Boerewors or Sausage around the edge of the pan and fold over the pastry, making sure that there are no holes or open spaces.

Layer the center of the pan with your frozen Hash Browns, followed by the Bacon and Mushrooms. Add raw eggs and top with Cheese.

Melt 50g butter and mix with 1 tbsp crushed garlic. Brush the pastry with the butter mixture.

Pop into the oven for +- 45 Minutes or until the pastry is crispy
